Draw sketches of Ideas for your land art

Draw a page of rough sketches or doodle of your ideas for your land art designs. Take a picture of your sketches and post them to your blog. Write a bit about the materials you plan to use.

Post Your Portrait and Complete the Self Evaluation

Upload your Self Prortrait and the very first portrait from the beggining of the year.

Experimental Photoshop Creative Day!

I am at an art conference so today you have permission to be as creative as you would like on Photoshop.

Create a 10 in by 7 inch document with 100 Resolution. You may create another collage, or experiment with various special effects. It's ok to try out new tools and experiment.

Save your work as a .jpg.

Post your experiments on your blog

Tuesday, February 7 - Design with Colored pencils

I am not in class today. Here is your assignment...

Today you will create a design with colored pencils.

Make a design on the 6x6 inch paper (on the round table) using either organic lines, geometric lines, or a combination of the two.

Choose a color scheme, monochromatic, complimentary, or analogous, using either warm or cool colors.

Color in each lines using values of the color from light to dark. this will create a feeling that the lines have turned into forms.
